★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a melhor academia em equipamentos que eu ja treinei, a qualidade é muito alta mesmo, mas por conta do tempo ser limitado, e não ser possível fazer o próprio treino, acaba sendo um pouco ruim.
No tempo em que fique lá fui muito bem tratado, principalmente pelo Lucas Freak, pelo Mário e pelo Val, todos são caras muito incríveis e só tenho a agradecer...
Mas por outro lado o dono da academia nunca olhou na minha cara kkk em mais de 1 ano frequentando lá.
Uma crítica construtiva seria para se a pessoa quiser, ela poder treinar sem auxílio de instrutores, também sério bom um tempo maior de treino.

It's the best gym with equipment I've ever trained, the quality is really high, but because of the time being limited, and it's not possible to do your own training, it ends up being a little bad.
During the time I stayed there I was treated very well, especially by Lucas Freak, Mário and Val, they are all very amazing guys and I just have to thank them...
But on the other hand the owner of the gym never looked me in the face kkk in more than 1 year attending there.
A constructive criticism would be for if the person wants, he can train without the help of instructors, also seriously good a longer training time.
