Tem as variedades de aulas além das musculação (não memorizei, não curto muito, mas parece ter o fitdance e aulões). Iniciei ontem, 13/09/21, mas os instrutores se mostraram solícitos e atenciosos.
Organized location, spacious compared to neighborhood gyms, fair price and well maintained equipment. There are plenty of instructors, which helps to perform the exercises correctly. There are a variety of classes besides weight training (I didn't memorize it, I don't really enjoy it, but it seems to have the fitdance and classes). I started yesterday, 13/09/21, but the instructors were helpful and considerate.
