Gym with new or well-reserved equipment. Clean and airy environment, and everything is more perfect, with my training results with my Alex Silva face... I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma academia com uma boa estrutura, não chega a ter os melhores equipamentos, mas o que contém é suficiente para atingir os objetivos, os professores são carismáticos e super atenciosos. Particularmente gostei de treinar neste local, simplesmente por ser próximo ao meu local de trabalho, bem como, é a academia que tem o valor mensal mais baixo do perímetro. Assim sendo, posso treinar para cumprir meus objetivos com saúde e vaidade rsrs, tendo bons professores, equipamentos que suprem a minha necessidade e não pago muito por isso... melhor custo benefício!!
It is a gym with a good structure, it does not have the best equipment, but what it contains is enough to achieve the objectives, the teachers are charismatic and super attentive. I particularly liked to train at this location, simply because it is close to my place of work, as well as, it is the gym that has the lowest monthly value of the perimeter. So, I can train to meet my goals with health and vanity lol, having good teachers, equipment that meet my needs and I don't pay much for it ... best cost benefit !!
