O atendimento presencial é triste, parece que só fazem por pura obrigação.
O lugar pareceu precário e não dá nem vontade de entrar para conhecer.
The phone is for decoration, no one answers.
The face-to-face service is sad, it seems they only do it out of sheer obligation.

Equipamentos não são 100% mas estão OK.
Precisam melhorar o ambiente da academia no sentido da limpeza geral e as músicas.
Só toca música bate estaca.
I really like instructor Robério, attentive and willing. The receptionists are nice and helpful.
