Good gym, very attentive instructors, just ask for the environment not to be acclimatized and the equipment to be in a somewhat precarious condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitos equipamentos e instrutor dedicado. A música são boas e ajudam no treino. O lugar é espaçoso e os equipamentos são muito bons. A única coisa que peca foi que há apenas 1 instrutor e muita gente querendo auxílio. E ela tbm n contar com um nutricionista ou algo similar
Lots of equipment and dedicated instructor. The music is good and helps in training. The place is spacious and the equipment is very good. The only thing that fails was that there is only 1 instructor and a lot of people wanting help. And she doesn't have a nutritionist or something similar either

A gente malha, cuida da saúde, faz novas amizades e ainda é bem assistido por profissionais qualificados.

I like the attendance of the teachers, the patience with the students, the professional attitude of all of them.
We work together, take care of health, make new friends and are still well attended by qualified professionals.
