★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço físico e aparelhos excelentes! Mas se você for iniciante não recomendo, quadro de professores reduzidíssimo, fazem um ficha “meia boca” não te acompanha em nenhum dos exercícios mesmo você sendo iniciante. Quando você pergunta onde fica algum equipamento eles só apontam, não se dão o trabalho de ir até o aparelho pra demostrar. Enfim, deixa muito a desejar nesse quesito.
 Great physical space and equipment! But if you're a beginner, I don't recommend it, a very small group of teachers, they do a “half-mouth” form that doesn't accompany you in any of the exercises even if you're a beginner. When you ask where some equipment is, they just point out, they don't bother to go to the device to demonstrate. All in all, it leaves a lot to be desired in this regard.
