★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma experiência muito boa, deixei uma celular J4 para realizar a troca do módulo , o mesmo não ficou 100% , retornei a loja , o técnico disse que realmente não estava normal, pediu um novo prazo, uma semana depois disse que não sabia mais como resolver , retirei o aparelho da loja e levei na assistência técnica autorizada da Samsung ,.lá em meia hora foi solucionado o meu problema.
 Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience, I left a J4 phone to change the module, it was not 100%, I returned to the store, the technician said it really was not normal, asked for a new deadline, a week later said no I knew more how to solve it, I removed the device from the store and took it to the Samsung authorized service, within half an hour my problem was solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Samsung j5 prime para verificar uma possível troca de bateria. O celular estava em perfeito estado. Após entregar o aparelho com a ordem de serviço, fui buscar, tendo a informação que não haviam resolvido, contudo ao me entregarem meu aparelho me entregaram um celular com a tela toda quebrada, afirmando que era a tela dele. Eu relutei e questionei, momento que o atendente foi debofado. Exigir ver as filmagens para comprovar que eu estava falando a verdade. Mas, por coincidência a filmegem nao estava funcionado nesse dia.... Só trocaram quando eu amecei chamar a policia. N
I took my Samsung j5 prime to check for a possible battery change. The cell phone was in perfect condition. After delivering the device with the service order, I went to get it, having the information that they had not resolved, however when they handed me my device, they handed me a cell phone with the screen all broken, stating that it was his screen. I was reluctant and questioned, the moment the attendant was stamped. Demand to see the footage to prove that I was telling the truth. But, by coincidence the filmegem was not working that day .... They only changed when I threatened to call the police. N

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO!! O PRÓPRIO TÉCNICO AFIRMOU NÃO SER UMA ASSISTÊNCIA TÉCNICA AUTORIZADA! Levei meu celular para trocar o módulo e ele me cobrou quase 400 reais para chegar na hora e me falar que a tela era uma similar. SIMILAR POR QUASE 400 REAIS! E que se eu quisesse uma tela original era pra eu procurar uma autorizada. Procurei essa loja pois fui enganada achando que por estar dentro do shopping seria uma loja de qualidade. Não indico, não recomendo e muito menos desejo que continue essa loja no shopping pois até os camelôs do comércio são mais honestos que esses dessa loja aí. Detalhe... Eu estava saindo da loja e ouvi uma senhora idosa reclamar também de um produto que comprou na loja e com menos de um mês de uso deixou de funcionar. Sinceramente, eu nunca me senti tão enganada, frustrada e decepcionada na vida como me senti nessa loja. Sem contar o atendimento né?? O técnico pra acalmar a atendente desceu e deferiu palavrões e não me pediu nem desculpa por todo o ocorrido. A atendente de péssima qualidade pois não sabe nem reconhecer o erro e ainda faz é te ofender. A vontade que tive foi de chamar a polícia e pedir pra verificar se esses produtos vendidos tem procedência correta, pois uma simples troca de módulo já é similar (que querendo ou não é falsificado) imagine os outros produtos vendidos na loja. Nós, clientes, é quem somos prejudicados pois trabalhamos duro para comprar uma coisa boa e vem uma loja dessa querer enganar e vender produtos "replicados". Deixo aqui meu sincero desgosto com essa loja e pretendo fazer uma reclamação ao shopping, pois quem leva a fama são eles tbm!!!

I do not recommend, I do not recommend and much less I wish to continue this store in the mall because even the street vendors are more honest than those in this store there. Detail ... I was leaving the store and I heard an elderly woman complain about a product she bought at the store and with less than a month of use it stopped working. Honestly, I have never felt so cheated, frustrated and disappointed in life as I have felt in this store. Not counting the service right ?? The technician to calm the attendant went down and deferred profanity and did not even apologize for everything that happened. The poor quality attendant because she doesn't even know how to recognize the mistake and still does is offend you. The desire I had was to call the police and ask to verify that these products sold have the correct origin, because a simple exchange of the module is already similar (wanting or not being counterfeit) imagine the other products sold in the store. We, the customers, are the ones who are harmed because we work hard to buy a good thing and a store comes along that wants to cheat and sell "replicated" products. I leave here my sincere disgust with this store and I intend to make a complaint to the mall, because they are the ones who are famous too !!!
