★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é bem estruturada precisa só de mais alguns detalhes como por exemplo as músicas são chatas e nada a ver com o ambiente e alto acabando nos deixando mais estressado já vou pra academia relaxar acabo ficando estressado fazer uma play liste melhor e alguns instrutor sair da zona de conforto e tá mais ao lado do aluno nosso treino é trocado e as vezes não sabemos fazer o exercício e chato tá indo atrás deles melhor ficar em csa vendo isso e outras coisas mudando eu coloco novamente cinco estrela sim agora tão colocando pano pra limpeza das máquinas tem que ser papel toalha qual a segurança que nós dar de limpar aaquina com o mesmo pano que 30 0essoas já usaram eca sujo
The gym is well structured and only needs a few more details, for example the songs are boring and nothing to do with the atmosphere and loud ending up leaving us more stressed I go to the gym to relax I end up getting stressed make a better play list and some instructor get out of comfort zone and it's closer to the student, our training is changed and sometimes we don't know how to do the exercise and it's boring going after them, better stay indoors and see this and other things change. of the machines it has to be paper towels, how safe can we clean the machine with the same cloth that 30 people have already used dirty yucks
