Horários limitados por conta da pandemia sem justificativa (cheguei em um horário de suposta limpeza e os funcionários estavam fazendo resenha), preço surreal para equipamentos de segunda categoria, torres de pancada no segundo piso cujo uso me foi proibido sem supervisão (primeira academia que proíbe o aluno de usar o que oferece). Mosquitos fazendo a festa no fundo da academia. Baixíssimo padrão.
Worst gym I've ever trained at. Definitely the worst in Tijuca. Limited hours due to the unjustified pandemic (I arrived at a supposed cleaning time and the staff were reviewing), surreal price for second-rate equipment, second-floor crash towers which I was prohibited from using without supervision (first gym that prohibits the student to use what it offers). Mosquitoes having a party in the back of the gym. Very low standard.

Good gym, with good teachers and good equipment, but with a not very good opening hours and very limited on the weekend.

Ampla sala de aeróbio, com esteiras possuindo TV com diversos canais, bluetooth e acesso a internet.
Local possui bicicletário e local para realizar aulas de pilates.
Excellent gym, with ample space and several environments. Classes of all types and tastes, new, modern and well maintained appliances. Attentive teachers and willing to help.
Large aerobic room, with mats with TV with several channels, bluetooth and internet access.
Location has bike rack and place to take pilates classes.

Horário de sábado e domingo são super curtos.
Feriados a academia não abre nem com horário reduzido.
As esteiras não pega alguns canais de TV.

Super recomendo a aula de spinning da professora Alessandra Terça e Quinta manhã e noite, excelente aula.

I've been going to the gym since 2014 and I don't have much to say, just point out a few topics.

Playlists of songs are terrible.
Saturday and Sunday hours are super short.
Holidays the gym does not open even with reduced hours.
The treadmills do not pick up some TV channels.

Impeccable reception service.
Incredible teacher service.
I highly recommend Professor Alessandra's spinning class Tuesday and Thursday morning and night, excellent class.
Great air conditioning.
Ice water.
