★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia tem aparelhos mais antigos porém todos bem conservados e com manutenção em dia. No período da noite é um pouco cheio. Eu prefiro ir de manhã pois tem menos pessoas, os profissionais que trabalham no local são super atenciosos e estão dispostos a ajudar em qualquer momento. É um bom local pra quem está começando ou só quer manter o físico. Principalmente pelo custo/benefício.
The gym has older equipment but all well maintained and up to date. At night it is a little crowded. I prefer to go in the morning because there are fewer people, the professionals who work at the place are super attentive and are willing to help at any time. It is a good place for those who are starting out or just want to keep their physique. Mainly for the cost / benefit.
