★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito masculinizada, aparelhos usados (mesmo sendo a academia nova), nao tem sabao de pia no banheiro feminino NUNCA, nem papel. O bebedouro é uma miseeeeria de agua q sai. Nao tem spinnig. As unicas 3 bicicletas nunca estao todas funcionando, normalmente é uma só (e dura de regular). Nao tem loval seguro para por bolsas, fica tudo numa estante vulnerável. Se voce assinar o pacote no cartao de credito (mesmo sem fidelidade) tem q avisar com 30 dias de antecedencia que vai sair, sem perdão, rs.

Grande parte da aparelhagem usa o sistema de alavancas , o que proporciona treinos de alta intensidade sem ajuda de um amigo , pois se a pessoa cansar , o aparelho não cai sobre ela , o que é maravilhoso quando se treina com altas cargas sozinho. Não gostei das esteiras , pois a programação dela é muito limitada , mas atende a quem gosta de correr sem fazer "tiros". Bom ar condicionado e recomendo estacionar atrás da academia , pois ela tem um estacionamento de no máximo uns 5 carros. Quer treinar pesado , com conforto e segurança , essa é a academia. O valor de sua mensalidade é bom , nem barato demais nem com um preço abusivo
