 Everything is brand new, it's not crowded! The appliances are from the old LF line but everything is new and clean.

Eu era sedentário de 95kg agora com 79kg isso devo a personal Carol e também ao Vinícius.
This gym is spectacular and has brought me a quality of life that I didn't have the best service and you can be sure it's what attracts more people.
I was a sedentary 95kg now with 79kg this I owe to personal Carol and also to Vinícius.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou da Smart que fica no 3 andar do shopping do Presunic. Eu estou amando e la os funcionario sao de tremenda educaçao, atenciosos, prestativos e carinhosos. Eu recomendo.
I'm from Smart which is on the 3rd floor of the Presunic mall. I'm loving it and the employees there are tremendously polite, attentive, helpful and affectionate. I recommend.

Os horários a noite, por volta das 19h ~ 20h são os mais cheios. Menso assim, se tiver paciência, da para malhar e usar os equipamentos. Esteira tem que aguardar, geralmente todas estão sendo usadas nesse horário.
Quer paz, vai domingo, quase uma academia exclusiva kkkkkkkkkkk.
Fiquem espertos com a taxa de manutenção anual, ela é cobrada no terceiro mês após a matrícula e depois no próximo 3 meses.
Quiet environment, parking in front, apparently new equipment. Instructors always available. Clean.
The hours at night, around 19:00 ~ 20:00 are the busiest. Even so, if you have the patience, you can work out and use the equipment. Treadmill has to wait, usually all are being used at this time.
Want peace, go on Sunday, almost an exclusive gym kkkkkkkkkkk.
Be aware of the annual maintenance fee, it is charged the third month after enrollment and then the next 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha segunda casa, abeta todos os dias, incluindo sábados, domingos e feriados. A equipe é maravilhosa, professores qualificados, atendentes sempre muito educados, prestativos e simpáticos. Ambiente agradável, sempre limpo e organizado. As aulas coletivas são excelentes tanto pra fazer quanto pra assistir, de tão divertidas. Diferente das outras unidades, as cadeiras de massagem ficam em espaço reservado.
My second home, open every day, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The staff is wonderful, qualified teachers, attendants always very polite, helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere, always clean and organized. Group classes are excellent both to do and to watch, they are so fun. Unlike the other units, the massage chairs are in a reserved space.
