★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dei duas estrelas pq quanto ao atendimento físico nunca tive problemas porém o atendimento virtual (Whatsapp) é horrível, péssimo mesmo, demora quase uma hora pra responder e boa sorte se tiver outra pergunta pq aí vão demorar mais uns 40min pra te responder, total descaso e muita má vontade já tive essa mesma experiência duas vezes e fui obrigada a desistir da compra, não compro nunca mais e mt menos recomendo. Se algum dia o atendimento virtual foi bom faz tempo que não é mais.
I only gave two stars because as for the physical service, I never had any problems, but the virtual service (Whatsapp) is horrible, really bad, it takes almost an hour to answer and good luck if you have another question because then it will take another 40 minutes to answer you, total neglect and a lot of ill will I've had this same experience twice and I was forced to give up on the purchase, I never buy again and I highly recommend it. If virtual service was ever good, it's been a while.
