★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já malho lá há muito tempo e adoro a academia. Comecei a fazer aulas de spinning e, apesar das bikes serem novas e super modernas, a aula de uma professora é muito fraca.
 I've been working out there for a long time and I love the gym. I started taking spinning classes and, despite the bikes being new and super modern, a teacher's class is very weak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unidade do padrão mais novo, aparelhos novos e sempre em funcionamento, banheiro sempre limpo e armários funcionais.
Porém.. já sabem como é a Smart Fit, infelizmente instrutores ficam lá de enfeite, ou caso você seja uma mulher gata/gostosa terá alguma atenção
Unit of the newest standard, new and always working appliances, always clean bathroom and functional cabinets.
However.. you already know how Smart Fit is, unfortunately instructors are there for decoration, or if you are a hot/hot woman you will have some attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem comentários o espaço físico desta academia um dos mehores que já pude frequentar. Ventilação perfeita, iluminação bacana e vestiários geralmente bem limpos.
Pontos que precisam melhorar é a distribuição interna dos equipamentos, alinhando ao fluxo dos frequentadores.
Precisam adicionar alguns equipamentos para diminuir o tempo de revezamento.
Without comments, the physical space of this gym is one of the best I've ever been able to attend. Perfect ventilation, nice lighting and generally very clean changing rooms.
Points that need to improve is the internal distribution of equipment, aligning with the flow of visitors.
They need to add some equipment to shorten the relay time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha opinião, é fraca no quesito musculação, espaço pequeno, pra vocês terem uma ideia só têm 2 máquinas de cadeira extensora e 2 leg press (o modelo deitado e sentado).. A marca das máquinas é de qualidade mas a quantidade deixa a desejar, fui treinar pela primeira vez e tinha uma fila de umas 4 pessoas pra cadeia extensora, uma quantidade absurda de pessoas "utilizando celular" na máquina, enquanto a gente espera pra usar(desisti) fiquei sem completar minha série. A unidade preza pelo cárdio, muitas esteiras, bikes e também escadas (máquina). Academia lotada! Poderia priorizar a musculação, que está muito fraca. Ah a recepcionista nota 10, mas só tinham 2 professores na musculação. Vou tentar outros horários e outras unidades ?
In my opinion, it is weak in terms of weight training, small space, for you to have an idea, they only have 2 extension chair machines and 2 leg presses (the lying and sitting model). wishing, I went to train for the first time and there was a line of about 4 people for the extension chain, an absurd amount of people "using cell phones" on the machine, while we wait to use (I gave up) I didn't complete my series. The unit values cardio, many treadmills, bikes and also stairs (machine). Full gym! I could prioritize weight training, which is very weak. Ah the receptionist grades 10, but they only had 2 teachers in bodybuilding. I'll try other times and other units ?
