★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1)The staff does not provide adequate customer service. I came three times to use the gym (daily payment), and they were supposed to validate my parking and never did so. They kept saying that I was always missing something (you had to validate before working out, but they could never provide clear instructions for that?). Also you have to have brazilian ID otherwise you cannot register and properly validate parking (also not clear instructions on that either).
2)Instructors will only assist if you are well dressed or if you have above average looks. I was there for three days, and I had some questions, but they seem to be only available for you to sign up (get you to join the gym). Saw a two ladies working out, and it seemed to me that they were not helped just because they were overweight! They were nice about it though.
3)People violating rules and they do not manage or keep people under control (rules only apply to some people, or the people they do not like it). Working out with less than small shirts and messing all the equipment and they did not care?
4)Would recommend anyone to just look for more affordable gyms with better customer service away from this overcrowded/overrated shopping mall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent gym but very small and has no free weights (barbells, bench press or squat rack) to speak of. It's all machines and small dumbbells. The other smart fit nearby on Rua dos Pinheiros is much nicer and has free weights.
