Os professores são nota 10000 , alias e um dos pontos forte da smart saúde são os professores ,ótimos profissionais !!!Quando comecei a academia com minha mãe , n sabiamos de nada… e fomos super bem instruídas !! Já vai fazer um ano q estou treinando e to muitoo satisfeita
 Great infrastructure, when the devices break, they fix it soon!! The teachers are 10000, alias and one of the strong points of smart health are the teachers, great professionals!!! When I started the gym with my mother, we didn't know anything… and we were super well educated!! It's been a year since I've been training and I'm very satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atende minhas necessidades perfeitamente. Ela não é grande, mas possui todos os equipamentos para eu fazer um treino completo. Manutenção dos aparelhos super ok, também ;)
Meets my needs perfectly. She's not big, but she has all the equipment for me to do a full workout. Equipment maintenance super ok, too ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo para quem quer fazer musculação, pois a Academia extremamente lotada.
Um treino que levaria 45 minutos vira um treino de 1 hora e meia. Há uma quantidade desproporcional de aparelhos para aeróbico e musculação. Enquanto as esteiras têm 30% de ocupação, a musculação tem 200%. Mesmo as pessoas revesando, não tem jeito. Deveriam rever a quantidade de aparelhos ou limitar o número de alunos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho excelente! Meio lotada, precisamos de mais unidades por aqui... Mas, no geral, ela tem todos os equipamentos que precisamos para treinar e, além disso, tem uma ducha excelente bem privativa. (Detesto aquelas portas semiabertas em algumas unidades. Nessa unidade, temos privacidade garantida ao nos banharmos! E isso é ótimo.) Faltam armários no vestiário, faltam mesmo e isso é ruim. Antes tinham vários, mas alguém infelizmente tirou durante a pandemia. Agora temos que nos degladiar para conseguir guardar a mochila. O público é bem diversificado, com uma galera entendida livre de preconceitos e muito ponta firme.
I think it's excellent! A little crowded, we need more units around here... But, overall, it has all the equipment we need to train and, in addition, it has an excellent, very private shower. (I hate those half-open doors in some units. In this unit, we're guaranteed privacy when bathing! And that's great.) There's no lockers in the locker room, they really don't, and that's a bad thing. Before there were several, but someone unfortunately took it during the pandemic. Now we have to fight to be able to store the backpack. The public is very diverse, with a group that is understood to be free of prejudice and very firm.
