Então, é exatamente isso que vc vai encontrar lá, além um time incrível de professores e funcionários muito atenciosos e dedicados. O cross te traz saúde, bem estar, mudança de hábitos, superação e muitas amizades, agendei uma aula experimental em 2018 e nunca mais saí! Durante a quarentena não mediram esforços para nos manter ativos e desde que retomaram as atividades estão sempre preocupados com a saúde dos alunos e não param de inovar! Eu amo e recomendo de olhos fechados!!
