★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia ampla e muito bem equipada. Agenda de aulas coletivas com variedade e opções de horários. Professores solicitos e funcionárias super atenciosas. Tem área pras crianças ficarem com supervisão enquanto os pais malham!!!! Além de uma grade especial de atividades para crianças (da dança à luta) e curso de teatro no lugar... Recomendo. É a melhor da região. Valor de qlqr uma com essa qualidade.
 Large and very well equipped gym. Collective class schedule with variety and schedule options. Helpful teachers and helpful staff. There is an area for children to be supervised while their parents work out !!!! In addition to a special grid of activities for children (from dance to fighting) and theater course in place ... It is the best in the region. Value of qlqr one with that quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena ficarem economizando no ar condicionado, nunca fica todos aparelhos ligados e alguma na pontos o calor incomoda muito.
Too bad they are saving on the air conditioning, all appliances are never turned on and at some points the heat bothers a lot.

Instalada há alguns anos no Clube Novo Rio no Recreio dos Bandeirantes. Uma academia cinco estrela, ampla, arejada, com acesso eletrônico, armários individuais para uso dos clientes, banheiros, bebedouro com duplo filtro, com monitoramento eletrônicos CTTV , com vários televisores em tela plana, sempre com imagens motivacionais , um staf completo com vários PERSONAL TRAINER disponíveis para atender seus clientes de acordo com suas necessidades, sempre presente um profissional ( RESPONSÁVEL TÉCNICO CREF ) em todo o horário de funcionamento, uma equipe de limpeza constante, seguindo todos os protocolos de saúde, com fartura em álcool gel, perfex, medições de temperatura e orientações básicas das diretrizes governamentais. Com vários planos ( mensal, semestral, anual) , individual e familiar, com atendimento específicos para os seguimentos KIDS,CROSS FIT, MUSCULAÇÃO, FUNCIONAL, etc.... Esta super academia é um ambiente familiar é muito agradável, com um amplo estacionamento seguro com muitas vagas, que tem isenção durante seus treinamentos.
Uma recepção com duas funcionárias muito profissionais e agradáveis, sempre com um sorriso de boas vindas.

É funcional, operacional, completa, tem qualidade e preços acessíveis.
THE PLACE - In these last two months, undergoing a physiotherapy treatment with the excellent Physiotherapist DR.Fabiano Bastos, Dr Eduardo and Dr Jorge, the use of modern, new, operational and perfectly functioning equipment in this gym was added to my treatment.
Installed a few years ago at Clube Novo Rio in Recreio dos Bandeirantes. A five star gym, wide, airy, with electronic access, individual lockers for customers' use, bathrooms, drinking fountain with double filter, with electronic monitoring CTTV, with several flat screen televisions, always with motivational images, a complete staf with several PERSONAL TRAINER available to serve its customers according to their needs, a professional (RESPONSIBLE TECHNICAL CREF) always present throughout the working hours, a constant cleaning team, following all health protocols, with plenty of gel alcohol, perfex, measurements and basic guidelines of government guidelines. With several plans (monthly, semiannual, annual), individual and family, with specific assistance for the segments KIDS, CROSS FIT, BODYBUILDING, FUNCTIONAL, etc ... This super gym is a very pleasant family environment, with ample parking insurance with many vacancies, which is exempt during your training.
A reception with two very professional and pleasant employees, always with a welcoming smile.
