★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treino nessa academia a anos. Os professores e funcionários são muito simpáticos e educados. Normalmente não há muita gente, a noite, porém, costuma ficar bastante cheio. O ambiente é profissional, mas com um aspecto caseiro, familiar. O professores sempre te explicam direitinho e são bastante atenciosos. Apesar de conversarem com os alunos, eles não deixam de atender alguém pra ficar conversando. O público é de pessoas casuais que querem manter a forma, com uma pequena parcela de pessoas que procuram pegar pesado. Ainda sim, há bastante peso e equipamentos diferentes para todo tipo de treino. Para muitos, o espaço pode parecer pequeno mas é o suficiente para o público. Só utilizo da musculação então não sei dizer sobre as aulas em conjunto, apenas sei que havia aula de zumba, spinning e funcional. Se há outras, não sei dizer.
I've been training at this academy for years. The teachers and staff are very friendly and polite. Usually there are not many people, at night, however, it is usually quite crowded. The atmosphere is professional, but with a homey, familiar feel. The teachers always explain you well and are very attentive. Despite talking to students, they do not fail to meet someone to chat. The audience is casual people who want to keep fit, with a small share of people looking to go hard. Still, there is enough weight and different equipment for every type of workout. For many, the space may seem small but it's enough for the audience. I only use weight training so I can't say about the classes together, I just know there was zumba, spinning and functional classes. If there are others, I cannot say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia com ambiente família, porém com aparelhos um pouco antigos e desgastados. No geral o clima é bem legal, mas o preço é um pouco salgado se comparado com smart fit que tem ambiente muito bem climatizado e aparelhos novos e atualizados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é boa, só o que poderia melhorar é o horário de fechamento pro almoço. De 12:30 até 15:30 academia fechada é muito tempo. Além disso fecha bem cedo. 21:30 fecha
