Great gym, accepts Silver 2 gympass and works at different times on the weekend, which helps those looking to work out on Saturday from 2pm to 6pm or on Sunday until 2pm!

The attendants and instructors are very attentive. The instructors themselves are always following its evolution and try to pay attention to the correct use of the devices. I feel safe training there!

Tem estacionamento próprio.... é climatizada...banheiros muito bem limpos e com chuveiros e escaninhos... 3 andares. Tem bebedouro.....Bem espaçosa e grande variedade de pesos. De 1kg a 40kg de dumbel. Aulas em grupo..... aceita gym pass... bom demais!!!!
Equipamentos em ótimo estado e limpos.... esteiras, bicicletas e elipticos...
Funcionários educados e atenciosos!!!!! Nota 10!!!
Gym show too much..... Various equipment, including equipment difficult to see in other gyms.... very well located in Vitória. It has its own parking... it is air conditioned... very clean bathrooms with showers and lockers... 3 floors. It has a drinking fountain.....Very spacious and a great variety of weights. From 1kg to 40kg dumbbell. Group classes..... gym pass accepted... too good!!!!
Equipment in great condition and clean.... treadmills, bikes and ellipticals...
Polite and attentive staff!!!!! Grade 10!!!
