Mesmo quando não consigo fazer algum exercício, isso não é motivo para vergonha, e sim motivação para continuar treinando até conseguir. Isso se deve principalmente ao fato de me sentir parte de uma família, em que há o apoio para superar os limites. Super recomendo!
I really like Cross Hero because the workouts are dynamic and different every day. Even when I can't do any exercise, this is not a cause for shame, but motivation to keep training until I succeed. This is mainly due to the fact that I feel part of a family, in which there is support to overcome the limits. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os instrutores sao solícitos e alegres. O espaço nao é tão grande. Acho que ainda faltam equipamentos pra atender a demanda como uma corda a mais, mais pesos e bolas leves já que a maior parte dos alunos é iniciante.
De qualquer forma o ambiente é contagiante!
The instructors are helpful and cheerful. The space is not that big. I think there is still a lack of equipment to meet the demand, such as extra rope, more weights and light balls, since most students are beginners.
Anyway, the environment is contagious!
