★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de vendas é pessimo por ser muito lento, a assistente vendas nao lê o que escrevo,passa valores incompletos, queria fechar dois cursos ontem, a vendedora me respondeu hoje ainda passou valor de apenas um e quando questionada entrou em descordancia e discuticao .Por favor revejam isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que eu percebi é que agendam muitas luzes no sábado e quando percebem que tem muito cliente, dispensa o cliente ainda com o produto na mecha. A hidratação é boa, mas para mechas o tempo que perdemos de ir ate o salão mesmo agendada e ser dispensada não compensa.
What I noticed is that they schedule a lot of lights on Saturday and when they realize that they have a lot of customers, they dismiss the customer with the product still on the wick. Hydration is good, but for locks, the time we waste going to the salon even when scheduled and being dismissed is not worth it.
