★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa variedade de atividades para uma academia de médio porte. Na área de musculação, de meu interesse, os equipamentos são relativamente novos e estão bem conservados. Quando algo quebra, dificilmente fica parado por mais de 3 dias. Ótimo número de esteiras e elípticas, nunca tem fila. Professores sempre disponíveis para ajudar, o tempo todo. O negativo fica pela pouca quantidade de espelhos na área de musculação (que estão sendo substituídos por cartazes), pelo preço alto (150/mês ou 135 trimestral) e pela impossibilidade de pagar diárias. Perde uma estrela pelo preço e outra pelos espelhos. Ainda assim uma boa opção na região.

A da tarde, uma senhora um pouco arrogante, sem paciência, fala com os clientes com certa prepotência. Só se esquece que se cada aluno que ela descartar, daqui a pouco ela tá na rua. Academia cada vez mais vazia. Mudam de planos e incluem taxas absurdas, sem critério. Daqui a pouco os únicos alunos serão os funcionários, que por sinal todos precisam perder peso. Aluno quer ser bem atendido, respeitado. Aos proprietários baixem a bolinha dessa senhora da tarde. Arrogância não dá. Tem academia Inteligênte bem pertinho. É só mudar, com Tratamento melhor, fato. Cuidado com a defesa do consumidor, mudar planos, taxas e as loucuras que vcs criam pro aluno pagar, é ilegal. Passem bem.

Funcionários sem a menor educação quando peço para passar o meu caso para alguém que resolva. Não resolveram meu problema. Não indico a ninguém. Ao menos que vc queira se aborrecer.
