★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho um bom lugar para malhar. O preço é bom/razoável. A academia não lota durante a manhã e de tarde, a noite ela lota um pouco, mas não foge muito do padrão das outras academias. Com o tempo que malhei lá, percebi que de dia o público na musculação é mais formado por idosos, e a noite é mais formado por jovens "maromba" e trabalhadores :P
I think it's a good place to work out. The price is good / reasonable. The gym doesn't fill up in the morning and in the afternoon, at night it does fill up a little, but it doesn't go far from the standard of other gyms. With the time I worked out there, I realized that during the day the public in bodybuilding is more formed by the elderly, and at night it is more formed by young "maromba" and workers: P

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa academia deve estar cheia de alunos e não precisar recepcionar novos. Ninguém atende nos telefones disponíveis. Há relatos de pessoas querendo informações sobre os cursos e valores, mas as pessoas não informam. Se pra começar, já é assim...Nem vou me dar mais trabalho, vou procurar outra academia que esteja interessada e precisando no meu dinheiro.
This academy should be full of students and not need to welcome new ones. No one answers the available phones. There are reports of people wanting information about the courses and values, but people do not inform. If for a start, it's already like this... I'm not even going to give myself more work, I'm going to look for another gym that is interested and needing my money.

Mas fui lá com minha mas.para saber informações e fui desencorajada pela recepcionista a me matricular que disse que o entorno era perigoso... uma colega da minha mãe foi lá e teve a mesma orientação da pessoa da recepção. Acho que ela quer que feche a academia...Não é possível. Procurei outro lugar, depois de tanto estímulo...rs
A dona deve prestar mais atenção em quem coloca pra atender ali.
Gym looks good. New fitness room. But I went there with my but.to find out information and I was discouraged by the receptionist to enroll, who said that the surroundings were dangerous... a colleague of my mother's went there and had the same orientation as the person at the reception. I think she wants the gym to close...It's not possible. I looked for another place, after so much encouragement... lol
The owner should pay more attention to who puts it to serve there.
