★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltam informações e clareza nas condições de locação, além de procedimentos extremamente lentos e ações centralizadas em uma pessoa. O "jurídico não permite" muitas contestações de cláusulas absurdas do contrato padrãozinho, que não resguarda em nada o locatário. Não recomendo.

Falta de transparência e comunicação com o cliente, sem contar os constantes atrasos no repasse, inclusive hj estou aguardando um repasse que deveria ter sido feito há 9meses. Tenho mais dor de cabeça com a imobiliária do que com inquilinos quando eu fazia contrato particular. Fujam dessa administradora!
Bad administration. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa recebe os aluguéis em dia dos inquilinos mas não repassam para os proprietários nos 5 dias conforme contrato. Todo mês é uma luta de cobrança todos os dias para receber e o problema é sempre que o sistema está fora do ar, faltou energia o dia inteiro e tantos mais. Está sendo uma experiência muito ruim e estou extremamente insatisfeito. Assim que meus imoveis forem desalugando , passarei para outra Administradora.
The company receives the rents on time from the tenants but does not pass them on to the owners within 5 days as per the contract. Every month is a struggle to collect money every day and the problem is always that the system is down, there was no power all day and so many more. It's been a really bad experience and I'm extremely dissatisfied. As soon as my properties are vacating, I will move to another Administrator.

Atendimento da pior qualidade, nos trataram como se estivéssemos pedindo favor, quando foi tudo pago. Sugiro fortemente que, PESQUISEM sobre a empresa antes de contratar o serviço. Tudo nessa empresa é péssimo, péssimo, péssimo e péssimo.
