Me cobraram errado por duas vezes e quando questionei o senhor que me atendeu jogou a máquina de cartão , foi grosso, mal educado, saiu e o atendimento continuou com um rapaz que nem olhou pra minha cara! Gente desprepada, sem educação e nem conta sabem fazer! Dou uma estrela pq não dá para dar zero!!! Espero q o estabelecimento reveja o conceito de como tratar o cliente, pois outros estabelecimentos com o mesmo preço e gente mais educadas tem na redondeza.
Terrible attendance! They charged me wrong twice and when I questioned the gentleman who answered me threw the card machine, was rude, rude, went out and the service continued with a guy who did not even look at my face! Unprepared people, without education and not even know how to do! I give a star because you can not give zero !!! I hope the establishment reviews the concept of how to treat the customer, because other establishments with the same price and more educated people are nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dono foi estúpido e arrogante. Me tratou super mal porque eu quis ver o manobrista estacionar meu carro. Na cabeca dele, eu "ofendi" ele, disse que eu duvidei dele e acusei ele de roubo. Eu nem abri minha boca. Eram 18h30 e o estacionamento dele quase vazio. Eu só parei nesse lugar porque era convênio com o estabelecimento ao lado. E apesar desse senhor (dono) ter literalmente me EXPULSADO do estacionamento dele, eu ja não tinha mais razões pra deixar o carro ali, depois de ouvir tanto absurdo e ofensa. Nessas horas me pergunto: E se eu fosse homem? Ele teria me ofendido? Teria gritado? Teria gesticulado tanto e andado até o portão mandando eu sair dali? Ridículo .
The owner was stupid and arrogant. He treated me super bad because I wanted to see the valet park my car. In his head, I "offended" him, said that I doubted him and accused him of stealing. I did not even open my mouth. It was 6:30 p.m. and his parking lot almost empty. I only stopped at this place because it was covenant with the establishment next door. And although that lord (owner) literally had me EXPULSED from his parking lot, I had no more reason to leave the car there after hearing so much nonsense and offense. At these times I ask myself: What if I were a man? Had he offended me? Had she screamed? Had he gesticulated so much and walked to the gate and told me to leave? Ridiculous.
