★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito fraca a gestão. A aparência externa é chamativa, mas a fachada engana. Pouca saúde e mais bar da cidade. Pedimos uma barca de açaí, custava o dobro da tigela e nos falaram que vinha 1 quilo. Pedimos para confirmar e afirmaram ser isso mesmo. Demorou muito mais do que uma tigela, nosso amigo comeu e pediu outra enquanto esperávamos. Quando chegou, ficou claro que tinha menos de 500 ml. O dono não quis dar mais açaí, muito menos fazer deconto quando fomos reclamar. Só poderia nos dar mais açaí descontando do salário da nossa atendente. Achamos humilhante para a funcionária que só tinha recebido a informação errada deles mesmos. Para melhorar, sugiro primeiro valorizar mais os trabalhadores, dar as devidas informações para eles e não querer descontar do salário deles(que duvido que seja justo) por erros internos. Outro ponto essencial é melhorar o atendimento ao cliente. Porque poderiam ter feito um desconto ou nos dar a quantidade de açaí que estávamos comprando... Mas o proprietário se mostrou pouco amigável, fingindo que ele não tinha nada com isso. Foi o primeiro estabelecimento antipático que encontramos em toda a Chapada. Espero que melhorem, não só para não passar uma impressão ruim ao turista, mas pelos próprios funcionários e clientes da cidade.
Very weak management. The external appearance is striking, but the facade is deceiving. Poor health and more bar in town. We ordered a boat of açaí, it cost twice the bowl and we were told that 1 kilo was coming. We asked to confirm and stated that it is. It took much longer than a bowl, our friend ate and ordered another while we waited. When it arrived, it was clear that it was less than 500 ml. The owner did not want to give more açaí, let alone make a deconto when we went to complain. It could only give us more açaí discounting the salary of our attendant. We found it humiliating for the employee who had only received the wrong information from them. To improve, I suggest first valuing workers more, giving them the necessary information and not wanting to discount their wages (which I doubt is fair) for internal errors. Another essential point is to improve customer service. Because they could have made a discount or give us the amount of açaí we were buying ... But the owner was unfriendly, pretending he had nothing to do with it. It was the first unsympathetic establishment we found in all of Chapada. I hope that they will improve, not only to not give a bad impression to the tourist, but also by the employees and customers of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora o nome dê a impressão de tratar-se de uma lanchonete, o estabelecimento serve uma grande variedade de refeições e bebidas. Desde lanches e tira-gostos a pratos mais refinados. Os drinks também são variados e saborosos, mas não constam no cardápio. Devem ser solicitados aos atendentes. Pequena falha que imagino que resolverão em breve!. Localizado no centro da cidade de Andaraí, merece uma visita!
