★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os sabores são ótimos, dá vontade de comprar sempre, mas sempre vem errado, não prestam atenção e os pedidos vem com coisa faltando ou trocada, já pedi açaí com creme que veio só os cremes, aí pedi de novo o mesmo e colocaram o açaí, nem sei qual era pra ser certo, se você vai na loja as atendentes estão sempre brincando. Bom, falta de atenção total, pena que o produto é bom

Fui no ponto que tem no Shopping mais em santo amaro, primeira vez, e pedi a casquinha, as atendentes sem experiencia alguma, nao sabiam como usar a maquina, não sabiam colocar o sorvete na casca, ficaram confusas para dedicir quem deveria atender e quem fazia o pedido, misturaram os produtos de preparação do sorvete entao o de iorgute estava bege, no fim colocaram varios sorvetes em copinho pois nao acertavam a casquinha e me entregou um dos copos dizendo ser brinde e depois que paguei não recebi o que pedi, fiquei com um copo de um dos teste delas. INDIGNADA! Contratam pessoas aleatoriamente e sem experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Várias opções deliciosas, mas atendimento muito mais ou menos, atendente mau humorada com a máscara ? abaixo do nariz, sem luva para a preparação do pedido, e logo em seguida se torna caixa também, sem nenhuma higienização.
Não é uma sobremesa barata, precisam melhorar muitos quesitos para a satisfação do cliente.
Shopping tem diversas opções de sobremesas, acredito que não voltaria e nem indicaria.
Conheço muitos lugares de açaí, mais simples que o “CONCEPT”, e atendimento top.
Minha concepção é: Não basta ser delicioso ? o atendimento tem que acompanhar a gostosura.
