★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do pessoal é sempre o melhor possível, com muita cordialidade e simpatia. O produto segue o padrão da marca e espere o melhor.
O problema para mim são os donos da franquia, que aparentemente não querem seguir regras de higiene, andando pelo local onde os alimentos estão expostos e são preparados sem qualquer equipamento adequado. Abrem geladeira e pegam os produtos e consomem por exemplo.
Creio que higiene e regras para tal devem se aplicados à todos e não apenas aos funcionários.
The service of the staff is always the best possible, with great cordiality and friendliness. The product follows the brand standard and expect the best.
The problem for me are the franchise owners, who apparently do not want to follow hygiene rules, walking around where food is exposed and prepared without any suitable equipment. They open the refrigerator and pick up the products and consume them for example.
I believe that hygiene and rules for this should apply to everyone, not just employees.

Hoje tive experiência ruim, rapaz do caixa estava sem vontade de trabalhar, falando apenas sim e não, com cara de impaciente. O atendimento cativa os clientes e dá vontade se sempre volta mas hoje se fosse minha primeira vez não voltaria mais!!
Whenever we went, we were well attended, girls always in a good mood, very communicative. Today I had a bad experience, the cashier was unwilling to work, just saying yes and no, looking impatient. The service captivates customers and makes them want to come back but today if it were my first time I wouldn't come back!!
