★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto é maravilhoso, porém, o atendimento é péssimo, atendente debochado. E ainda por cima o entregador ficou de trocar o dinheiro e não voltou para me dar o troco, uma falta de compromisso com os clientes!!!
 The product is wonderful, however, the service is lousy, debauched attendant. And on top of that the delivery guy stayed to change the money and didn't come back to give me change, a lack of commitment to the customers !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento fiquei 6 horas pra comprá açaí ....tá loco nunca mais volto lá espero que todos parem de compra até que fecha a loja e apareça novos administradores que estejam afim de agradar seus clientes com bom produto e bom atendimento .
Worst service I stayed 6 hours to buy açaí .... ok I will never go back there I hope everyone stops shopping until the store closes and new managers appear who are willing to please their customers with good product and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente espera você escolher e fala que não tem barca. Aí quando você escolhe outra embalagem, fala que não tem fruta. Ao invés de falar antecipadamente o que não tem. (Detalhe:estávamos praticamente na frente dela escolhendo). O atendimento sempre ruim. E o espaço está bem abandonado.
Espero poder retornar um dia quando eu ver avaliações melhores.
The attendant waits for you to choose and says there is no boat. Then when you choose another package, you say that there is no fruit. Instead of talking in advance what you don't have. (Detail: we were practically in front of her choosing). The service is always bad. And the space is pretty abandoned.
I hope I can return one day when I see better reviews.

O atendimento também é bem ruinzinho, parece que estão fazendo um favor para o cliente, e fazem com má vontade, é uma pena, poderiam crescer muito mais. Registro assim, torcendo por uma melhora de vocês. Ah e USEM MÁSCARA, POIS NEM NO PREPARO DO AÇAÍ E NEM NO ATENDIMENTO VOCÊS USAM.
Açaí is good, but it never has all the extras, it's always lacking. The service is also very bad, it seems that they are doing the client a favor, and they do it grudgingly, it's a shame, they could grow much more. I register like this, hoping for an improvement of yours. Oh and USE A MASK, BECAUSE YOU DON'T USE IT IN THE PREPARATION OF THE AÇAÍ OR IN THE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demitam a mulher que fica no caixa antes que vocês continuem perdendo dinheiro, ela não quer trabalhar, tem outros que querem. Foi grossa com o meu marido a toa, revirou os olhos e foi desgostosa o tempo todo. Só volto se ela sair.
Fire the woman who stays at the till before you keep losing money, she doesn't want to work, there are others who do. She was rude to my husband for nothing, rolled her eyes and was disgusted the entire time. I'll only come back if she leaves.
