★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei com um cupom de 20% de desconto, "VÁLIDO" nessa loja e me recusaram a venda, alegando que não sabiam desse cupom, que a matriz da franquia não avisou. Mas, isso já não é um problema do cliente, é um problema interno que não pode lesionar o consumidor. Eu abri um boletim de ocorrência na frente dos funcionários (que não tem culpa nenhuma) e vou sim, dar andamento. Pelo desaforo do proprietário da franquia em negar a venda e ser totalmente despreparado para atendimento ao cliente.
I arrived with a 20% discount coupon, "VALID" at this store and they refused the sale, claiming they didn't know about this coupon, which the franchise headquarters did not notify. But this is no longer a customer problem, it is an internal problem that cannot harm the consumer. I opened a police report in front of the employees (who are not at all to blame) and I will go ahead. For the franchise owner's outrage in denying the sale and being totally unprepared for customer service.
