★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO,Infelizmente tive boa uma boa experiencia. Fizemos o pedido de vários lanches e fomos fazer a retirada dos mesmos. Quando cheguei em casa onde todos estávamos reunidos . O lanche do meu sobrinho veio faltando, uma criança de 10 anos . Entrei em contato com eles para fazer a entrrega, simplesmente me informaram que não fazia entrega para essa região . Argumentei que era para uma criança que estava esperando. Mesmo assim não não cederam ,não dispos a resolver a situação . Tive que retornar para buscar . Só fiz isso porque era uma criança . Cado contrário iria retornar apenas para pegar meu dinheiro de volta. Fica minha indignação não pelo erro e sim pela falta de bom senso em resolver .
DO NOT RECOMMEND, Unfortunately I had a good experience. We ordered several snacks and went to pick them up. When I got home where we were all gathered. My nephew's snack was missing, a 10 year old child. I contacted them to make the delivery, they simply informed me that I did not deliver to this region. I argued that it was for a child who was waiting. Even so, they didn't give in, they didn't want to resolve the situation. I had to return to look for it. I only did it because I was a child. Otherwise I would return just to get my money back. My indignation remains, not for the mistake, but for the lack of common sense in resolving it.
