★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi o cardápio ontem 00:58, sendo que ficaria aberto até as 3 da manhã. Estou até agora esperando, simplesmente fui ignorada sem resposta, sem retorno. Não recomendo, já é a segunda vez q isso acontece.
 I ordered the menu yesterday at 00:58, and it would be open until 3 am. I'm waiting until now, I've just been ignored with no response, no return. I don't recommend it, it's the second time this has happened.

Falam que é 40 minutos... mas chega a ficar 2h esperando um pedido ....
E quando chega vem gelado ... péssima experiência!
The snack is even cool ... but the service and the delay to deliver are terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei uma compra de no total 120 reais, pedido enviado para o estabelecimento às 9h. Às 22:00 informaram que o pedido tinha saído para entrega.
O motoboy chegou às 23:49 com todos os lanches frios, muita falta de comprometimento e precário o atendimento ao cliente.
No final o motoboy disse: quando for assim você cancela, bem estúpido. Estou aguardando o pedido tem 1:30 hora e meia, esperava no mínimo que o lanche chegasse quente.
Decepção.
I requested a purchase of 120 reais in total, order sent to the establishment at 9am. At 22:00 they reported that the order had gone out for delivery.
The courier arrived at 23:49 with all the cold snacks, a lot of lack of commitment and poor customer service.
At the end the motoboy said: when you do, you cancel, very stupid. I've been waiting for the order for 1:30 hours and a half, I expected at least the snack to arrive hot.
Disappointment.

Demorou mais de 1h dois hambúrguer.
Pegamos 1 do vale e 1 do vale II o cheddar sem gosto, cebola roxa feita com óleo diferente do que estava no cardápio (azeite) maionese sem gosto algum. Hambúrguer bem pequeno e tb não sem sabor. Primeira experiência e não recomendo

It took more than 1h two hamburgers.
We took 1 of the valley and 1 of the valley II the tasteless cheddar, red onion made with different oil than what was on the menu (olive oil) mayonnaise without any taste. Very small hamburger and also not without flavor. First experience and do not recommend

Great service and very tasty snack, however there was delay in the delivery of the order, otherwise this was an excellent experience.
