Ontem pedi um açaí as 22:00 e logo confirmaram meu pedido (prazo de entrega de 1:30 no máximo), “saiu”para a entrega 23:04, porém nunca chegou, liguei lá (por volta das 23:35) e a moça que estava atendendo disse que ja havia saído para a entrega. Resultado: esperei até 00:00 para não receber o produto
Very good and tasty products, but lack of good service! Yesterday I ordered an açaí at 10:00 pm and they soon confirmed my order (delivery time of 1:30 at most), “it left” for delivery at 11:04 pm, but it never arrived, I called there (around 11:35 pm) and the girl who was answering said that she had already left for delivery. Result: I waited until 00:00 to not receive the product
