★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade do Açai no ponto é ótima, o meu problema foi com o atendimento desta loja em específico. Fui pedir um açaí antes de embarcar para o meu vôo e a moça que estava atendendo estava sentada muito concentrada no seu whatsaap mal olhou para mim e disse que estava fechado,isso eram 21:00. Quando eu perguntei que hrs eles fechavam, ela muito mal educada me disse que fechava as 22:00 mas ela não ia sujar as máquinas, que ela já tinha limpado, para me fazer um açaí. Então eu pergunto ao dono da loja, se faltava 1hr para fechar e ela ja tinha limpado td, fazia qnto tempo q ela estava ali só fazendo hora mexendo no celular e esperando para dar as 22:00 e ela ir embora? Quantos clientes antes de mim ela não fez a mesma coisa e deixou de vender por pura preguiça da parte dela? Eu deixei de comer no Ponto do Açaí em Boa viagem pq eu sabia que tinha um Açaí no ponto dentro do aeroporto para chegar lá e não ser atendida por pura preguiça de uma funcionária. Achei uma falta de respeito imensa com o cliente
 The quality of Acai on the spot is great, my problem was with the service of this specific store. I went to order an acai before I boarded for my flight and the girl I was attending was sitting very focused on her whatsaap as she barely looked at me and said it was closed, that was 21:00. When I asked hrs they closed, she very rudely told me it closed at 10 pm but she was not going to dirty the machines, which she had already cleaned, to make me an acai berry. So I ask the shopkeeper, if it was 1hr to close and she had already cleaned it up, how long ago she was there just working the phone and waiting for 22:00 and she leave? How many customers before me didn't she do the same thing and stopped selling out of sheer laziness on her part? I stopped eating at Acai Point on Good Trip because I knew I had an Acai at the point inside the airport to get there and not be attended to by an employee's laziness. I found a huge lack of respect for the customer
