★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a segunda vez que frequentei,um ótimo atendimento,o açaí na tigela é no capricho maravilhoso,só que os complementos são a parte e cada um tem valores diferentes
Leite em pó,granola, fruta etc
Nós outros lugares se cobra um valores da tigela conforme o seu tamanho e já vem com os outros complementos ,dessa forma seria melhor
Mas tirando isso é maravilhoso!
 It was the second time I went, a great service, the açaí in the bowl is wonderful, but the complements are part and each one has different values
Powdered milk, granola, fruit etc
In other places, a value for the bowl is charged according to its size and it already comes with the other complements, that way it would be better
But apart from that it's wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eu atualmente me encontro em situação de rua, uma das poucas coisas que eu tenho fora a mala de roupas é o meu celular, o pessoal foi muito gente boa, pedi para carregar o celular para poder chamar da assistência social e deixaram, trocar uma ideia comigo muito tranquilamente e eu até peguei um refrigerante com eles, pagando é claro, para ajudar eles também. dou minha nota por vários fatores, eles me trataram como um ser humano, não como um cão sem dono como a maioria dos estabelecimentos fazem, eles têm um atendimento super cordial e pelo que eu vi da faixa de preços, e também pelos pratos servidos a alguns clientes enquanto eu estava no estabelecimento, é comida de qualidade a um preço justo
I currently find myself on the street, one of the few things I have outside my clothes bag is my cell phone, the staff were very nice people, I asked to charge the cell phone so I could call social assistance and they let me exchange an idea. with me very quietly and I even got a soda with them, paying of course, to help them too. I give my grade for several factors, they treated me like a human being, not like a stray dog like most establishments do, they have a super friendly service and from what I saw in the price range, and also for the dishes served some customers while I was at the establishment, it's quality food at a fair price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em um domingo entrei no estabelecimento para pedir um suco de açaí para viagem de 9 reais. Sendo o local mais perto da minha casa, eu e minha família somos clientes de lá há mais de 10-15 anos. O local estava cheio e após uns 15 minutos meu suco estava demorando demais então pedi para devolverem o valor pois precisava ir embora. O DONO do local disse que não poderia devolver pois eu paguei na máquina e a taxa da máquina de cartão era de 54 CENTAVOS e o mesmo não faria esse desconto de 54 CENTAVOS pra mim!!!!!!!!!!! e a única que poderia mexer no caixa era uma mulher que tinha saído para fazer uma entrega. Perguntei se ele podia me entregar em casa mas ele disse que seria cobrado 3 reais. Por mais de meia hora tive que esperar o açaí sair porque a única pessoa que mexe no caixa tinha saído para fazer entrega. (e tinha um senhor na churrasqueira sem fazer nada)
Mentira n° 1: já vi todos os funcionários mexerem no caixa afinal como já disse sou cliente há mais de 10 anos.
Mentira n° 2: O DONO falar que não sabe mexer no caixa é muita cara de pau
Mentira n° 3: Se algum cliente da mesa levantasse e quisesse pagar a conta para ir embora ele também teria que esperar a mulher da entrega voltar?????? óbvio que não!!!
Então por PURA BIRRA o dono me fez ficar lá esperando. Uma família inteira de clientes de mais de 10 anos perdida por BIRRA DO DONO. A partir de agora prefiro ir buscar meu açai mais longe do que dar sequer 54 centavos à esse local.
On a Sunday I entered the establishment to order an açaí juice to go for 9 reais. Being the closest location to my home, my family and I have been customers there for over 10-15 years. The place was full and after about 15 minutes my juice was taking too long so I asked for a refund because I needed to leave. The OWNER of the place said he couldn't return it because I paid at the machine and the card machine fee was 54 CENTS and the same wouldn't do this 54 CENT discount for me!!!!!!!!!!! and the only one who could touch the register was a woman who had gone out to make a delivery. I asked if he could deliver it to me but he said I would be charged 3 reais. For more than half an hour I had to wait for the açaí berry to come out because the only person who handles the cashier had left for delivery. (and there was a man at the grill doing nothing)
Lie n° 1: I've seen all the employees move the cashier after all, as I said, I've been a customer for over 10 years.
Lie n° 2: The OWNER saying he doesn't know how to handle the cashier is very cocky
Lie #3: If any customer at the table got up and wanted to pay the bill to leave, he would also have to wait for the delivery woman to come back?????? of course not!!!
So out of PURE tantrum the owner made me wait there. A whole family of customers over 10 years old lost by TANK OF THE OWNER. From now on I'd rather go get my açai farther than give even 54 cents to that place.
