★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita falta de respeito com o cliente, fiz uma encomenda de uma caixa de lente de contato com Gláucia, para entrega no dia 6/12/19, mas no dia a mesma informou que não iria ter a lente disponível,falou pra buscar no dia 10/12/19, fui no dia 11/12/12 retirar, e me informaram que não havia chegado, não esboçaram nenhuma preocupação com o ocorrido, apenas disseram: não podemos fazer nada.Lá eu não compro mais, perdi um tempo grande me deslocando ate loja para buscar no dia prometido e não havia a lente...a loja não mostrou nenhuma preocupacao....passou uma impressão de não ligar.....loja não confiável...
Much lack of respect for the customer, I ordered a contact lens box with Gláucia, for delivery on 6/12/19, but the same day said that would not have the lens available, told to look for the day 10/12/19, I went on 11/12/12 withdraw, and informed me that had not arrived, did not sketch any concern with what happened, just said: we can not do anything. There I do not buy more, I lost a great time moving me to the store to pick up on the promised day and there was no lens ... the store showed no concern .... gave an impression of not calling ..... unreliable store ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima Ótica, comprei um relógio e no outro dia quebrou o maquinário, na garantia constava que eu tinha o direito durante o período de 1 ano, e me obrigaram a pagar o conserto com o valor de mais um terço do relógio. LAMENTÁVEL !!!! NÃO ACONSELHO PARA NINGUÉM !!
Terrible Optics, I bought a watch and the other day it broke the machinery, the warranty stated that I had the right for a period of 1 year, and they forced me to pay for the repair with the value of another third of the watch. UNFORTUNATE !!!! I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE !!

Fernanda was extremely kind and friendly in attending to me. He made a fix on my grade glasses and did not charge me anything, just let me leave after I was satisfied with the fit that was excellent.
