★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com uma película pra minha câmera, que foi colocada na loja pela atendente as 20h30 de sábado, a foto ficava esmaecida nas pontas por conta do flash batendo na película.. Liguei na segunda as 10h da manhã perguntando se poderia ser feita a troca da película porque era sem condições usar a câmera, a moça na mesma hora me disse que eles não efetuavam a troca, nem de película e nem de capinhas com problema, insisti falando que era problema provavelmente no produto e ela insistiu que não trocaria. Fiquei irritada porque a película tinha custado 50 reais e tinha vindo defeituosa e queriam que eu arcasse com o prejuízo. Decidi voltar ao quiosque no mesmo horário que estavam as moças que haviam me atendido no sábado, porque elas eram uns amores, dito e feito, cheguei lá e uma delas prontamente pegou uma
película de outra marca e efetuou a troca, sem questionar nada, quando perguntei se esse era o procedimento da loja quanto à esses casos a moça respondeu que sim, ou seja, a atendente que está das 10h as 16h na loja apenas possui má vontade mesmo. Preferível ser atendido pelas meninas do fim da tarde/noite.
