★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compareci a loja para realizar uma troca de uma camiseta apenas tamanho, e mesmo com etiqueta na peça não pude realizar a troca por não estar portando o cupom fiscal, quetionado o gerente me orientou a retirar a nota através do sistema da receita federal . Porém a receita federal não fornece cupom fiscal e o mesmo não soube me orientar sobre esse procedimento. Fora isso fui informada também que não conseguia puxar a compra no sistema deles pelo número do CPF . Somente se eu desse dia e hora exata da compra .. enfim fiquei sem conseguir trocar a blusa e orientei ao gerente que na próxima reunião com supervisor coloca se isso em pauta .. não é simplesmente fala pro cliente puxa na receita a nota se não sabem como fazer esse procedimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com essa loja, principalmente da menina da caixa, não peguei o nome dela, mas mal humorada, ignorante, sem educação. Loja empório Alex do shopping internacional.... Acho que se não está contente com seu emprego pede demissão, tem tantas pessoas desempregada...
