★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a primeira e última vez, recusou pegar o serviço porque alegou não ter na oficina um hd com sistema operacional instalado para fazer teste no meu laptop, depois afirmou que que dessa forma iria trabalhar de graça. Depois falou que precisaria formatar meu hd para deixar tudo funcionando corretamente, mas como sabe que será necessário formatar, se nem testou para saber se é hardware ou software? É dessa forma que se ganha dinheiro? Por essa frustrada experiência, não indico e nem piso mais lá.
It was the first and last time, he refused to take the service because he claimed that he did not have an HD with an operating system installed in the workshop to test my laptop, then he said that this way he would work for free. Then he said that I would need to format my HD to make everything work properly, but how do you know that it will be necessary to format it, if you haven't even tested it to see if it's hardware or software? Is that how you make money? For this frustrated experience, I do not recommend or walk there anymore.
