Atendimento péssimo, com horário marcado tive de esperar mais de 2h para ser atendido, e ainda ser mal atendido.
Terrible, terrible.
Lousy service, by appointment I had to wait more than 2 hours to be served, and still be poorly served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, por 2 vezes marquei consulta pelo telefone, pegaram todos os dados e depois de uma semana quando compareci a consulta falaram que não tinha nenhuma consulta marcada.
Bad service, twice I made an appointment by phone, took all the data and after a week when I attended the consultation said that had no appointment scheduled.

Estava marcado um exame que o oftalmologista pediu , foi uma burocracia, quando por fim conseguimos pediram para aguardar eu e o meu colega de trabalho iríamos fazer o mesmo exame , pois foi pago pela empresa. As recepcionistas do acesso pediram para que espera se mais um pouco pois iriam verificar se conseguiriam marcar em outro local, por fim esperamos e quando fui perguntar a recepcionista informou que ja tinha avisado a nossa empresa que foi reagendada o nosso exame. O pior é que estamos na clinica pra que ligar na empresa sendo que estamos na clínica?. Bom tem que ter melhor atendimento pessoas mais educadas porque todas com cara feia. Melhorem o atendimentos fe vocês estão pior que o SUS!
Terrible attendance. An exam was scheduled that the ophthalmologist asked for, it was a bureaucracy, when we finally got it they asked to wait, my co-worker and I were going to do the same exam, because it was paid for by the company. The receptionists of the access asked to wait a little longer because they would check if they could book elsewhere, finally we waited and when I asked the receptionist she informed us that she had already informed our company that our exam was rescheduled. The worst thing is that we are at the clinic, why call the company when we are at the clinic?. Well, there has to be better service for more polite people because they all look ugly. Improve care and you are worse than SUS!
