★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Dr. Gilberto me atendeu super bem porém atrasou 35 minutos da hora marcada e sua secretária me atendeu mal pois eu fiquei irritada com o atraso, ela simplesmente me ignorou. Sei que não é culpa dela mas agir como se estivesse pouco se lixando pra isso é muita falta de profissionalismo. Infelizmente não voltarei mais lá. Que ela morra como atendente, pela idade dela a hora vai chegar já... rsrs bj na vida
Dr. Gilberto answered me very well but delayed 35 minutes of the appointment and his secretary answered me badly because I was annoyed with the delay, she simply ignored me. I know it's not her fault but acting as if you don't care about that is very unprofessional. Unfortunately I won't be back there anymore. That she dies as an attendant, by her age the time will come now ... lol bj in life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei em consulta com o Dr Gilberto, achei ele muito competente, atencioso, um ótimo médico. Achei a clínica super bonita, aconchegante e a secretária é uma pessoa incrível, muito simpática e com um carisma maravilhoso. Dou nota 10 e voltarei sempre que precisar?????
I went to see Dr Gilberto, I found him to be very competent, attentive, a great doctor. I found the clinic super beautiful, cozy and the secretary is an amazing person, very friendly and with a wonderful charisma. I give it a 10 and I will come back whenever I need it ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento do Dr. Gilberto. A secretária é gentil, educada, prestativa. Só não aceita desaforo nem abre exceções para quem se acha melhor que os outros, no que está certíssima.
(Enquanto eu esperava, uma doadora chegou e ficou indignada pelo médico estar atrasado. A secretária explicou que tinha duas pessoas na frente dela. 'Mas eu cheguei na hora!', ela disse. Falei que eu também, a outra moça também, aí ela ficou quieta. Se não falássemos nada, era capaz dela arrumar briga. Daqui a pouco ela vem aqui dar uma estrela pra clínica)
Excellent service from Dr. Gilberto. The secretary is kind, polite, helpful. It just doesn't accept insults or make exceptions for those who think they are better than others, in what they are absolutely right about.
(While I was waiting, a donor arrived and was outraged that the doctor was late. The secretary explained that there were two people in front of her. 'But I arrived on time!', she said. I said that I did too, the other girl too, then she kept quiet. If we didn't say anything, she might get into a fight. Soon she'll come here to give the clinic a star)
