Insisti que gostaria do contato do síndico caso haja problemas futuros e eles alegaram que não poderiam passar essa informação. Explicaram apenas que era regra deles. Totalmente incabível. Estão limitando o acesso dos moradores ao síndico que não habita o condomínio, não sabemos se as providências estão realmente sendo tomadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse não daria nem uma estrela, atendimento pessoal e pagamentos pra funcionários terceirizados sempre atrasado, condomínio onde trabalho sempre paga antes do vencimento e eles ficam segurando o dinheiro, síndico muito chateado dando graças a deus que o contrato já vai acabar, pra despensar eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou proprietário de uma unidade onde a Acir faz a administração do Condominio, com frequencia ha o não envio do boleto para pagamento da taxa condominial, o contato com o escritório de Copacabana é horrivel, meamo em período de isolamento outras administradoras tem um atendimento mais lento, mas há o atendimento. Ontem fiquei 45 minutos escutando agradecimentos pela minha paciência para depois desligarem a ligação, email enviado ontem, até agira 11:35 não foi respondido.
Se os colaboradores Ericson e Benício não estão dando conta da demanda, a adm deve dar suporte aos mesmos ou substituir se não há a dedicação necessária!!!
