Impossible to talk on the phone, I called 10 times and I couldn't do it !!!! The person answers and speaks, could write down the phone for return.

Ficarem enrolando fingindo de não conseguir entrar em contato com o dono .Ao final me dizeram que entrou uma ficha e me responderem com grosseria.Acho isso uma falta total de respeito e de profissionalidade.
I am a foreigner married here in Brazil, so I apologize for the mistakes in the following testo: This administrator is not reliable, does not do the work that has to be done. I made a proposal and they never took it to the owner of the house that I wanted to rent. They kept on pretending that I could not get in touch with the owner. At the end they told me that they entered a file and they answered me rudely. I think this is a total lack of respect and professionalism.

Eu tinha um apto em locação, administrado pela Palmares, morava fora do Rio de Janeiro, e tinha imensa dificuldade para fazer contato com a gerente de locação, que pessimamente administrou o imóvel. Tanto que quando retornei ao Rio passeia a administrá-lo por conta própria. Minha sogra de 88 anos experimenta a mesma falta de consideração. Portanto, minha avaliação: PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Fiquem longe
Unfortunate experience with this property manager. I had a rental flat, managed by Palmares, lived outside of Rio de Janeiro, and had great difficulty in contacting the rental manager, who badly managed the property. So much so that when I returned to Rio, I started to manage it on my own. My 88-year-old mother-in-law experiences the same lack of consideration. So, my assessment: PAST SERVICE. Stay away

I had difficulty getting a copy of the receipts from the owner but I went promptly for customer service! I was able to pay the owner on time since the mail is very much to be desired! Gratitude! Deep Peace!
