★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Administradora Aclamit finge que disponibiza nos sites as atas das assembleias anteriores e as prestações de contudo por meio de um link de acesso. Contudo, ao acessar o link de acesso as pastas para consulta que passaram no comunicado não existe "Not Found Error 404".
Informamos a administradora disso e solicitamos por meio de um abaixo assinado com os moradores o acesso e eles mandaram a gente entrar na justiça.
Eles tratam esse prédio, em conjunto com a síndica, como se fosse deles, escondendo tudo!
The Aclamit Administrator pretends to make available on the websites the minutes of previous meetings and the installments of however through an access link. However, when accessing the access link to the folders for consultation that passed in the announcement, there is no "Not Found Error 404".
We informed the administrator of this and requested access through a petition with the residents and they ordered us to go to court.
They treat this building, together with the superintendent, as if it were theirs, hiding everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Administradora Aclamit está conduzindo as assembleias no meu condomínio de maneira totalmente equivocada, sorteio de vagas com a pauta de uma maneira e a execução de outra, gerou uma confusão enorme, inclusive com moradores entrando com ação judicial contra o condomínio. Outro item é que nossa convenção não permite que o sindico ou sindica sejam remunerados, mas mesmo assim permitiram que a sindica fosse eleita exigindo dois salários mínimos de remuneração e ainda a isenção do condomínio.
O caminho correto para aprovar remuneração do sindico deveria primeiramente ser solicitada uma assembleia para alteração na convenção do condomínio e somente após a aprovação desta alteração, com no mínimo 2/3 de aprovação do condóminos, essa alteração poderia ser autorizada. Após isso ou no mesmo dia se estiver em "pauta" a remuneração do sindico ou sindica poderia ser aprovado em assembleia. Vários moradores informaram o erro durante a assembleia, mas mesmo assim permitiram que esse erro fosse aprovado, mesmo indo contra a convenção do condomínio.
Entendo que o papel da Administradora também é ser imparcial e orientar a forma correta de conduzir os assuntos, votações e aprovações dentro do condomínio. Foram totalmente parcial ao sindico que contratou eles para administrar o condomínio.
Lamentável esse tipo de postura.

The correct way to approve the syndicate's remuneration should first be to request a meeting to change the condominium agreement and only after the approval of this change, with at least 2/3 of approval from the owners, this change could be authorized. After that, or on the same day if it is on the agenda, the union's or union's remuneration could be approved at the meeting. Several residents reported the error during the assembly, but still allowed this error to be approved, despite going against the condominium convention.
I understand that the Administrator's role is also to be impartial and guide the correct way to conduct matters, votes and approvals within the condominium. They were totally partial to the syndicate who hired them to manage the condo.
Such an attitude is deplorable.
