â â â â â Eu e minha amiga estamos desde quarta (hoje Ă© sexta) tentando tirar algumas dĂșvidas sobre o pacote que adquirimos e marcar as sessĂ”es e ninguĂ©m responde, quando responde demora horas e horas para responder. TĂĄ pĂ©ssimo o atendimento! Muito descaso com as clientes.
My friend and I have been since Wednesday (today is Friday) trying to clear some doubts about the package we purchased and schedule the sessions and nobody responds, when you answer it takes hours and hours to answer. The service is terrible! Much neglect with customers.

â â â â â Tem muito a melhorar....o q mais peca Ă© falta de acessibilidade para cadeirantes:
- Entrada com lajotas cheia de fendas que dificulta a locomoção de cadeiras de rodas
- Banheiro sem a devida adaptação... impossĂvel de usar.
SOLUĂĂO:
Mudar a clĂnica de lugar, pois a resposta que temos q se trata de um prĂ©dio tombado e nĂŁo pode ser modificado.
There is a lot to improve .... the most common issue is the lack of accessibility for wheelchair users:
- Entrance with slabs full of cracks that makes it difficult to get around wheelchairs
- Bathroom without proper adaptation ... impossible to use.
SOLUTION:
Move the clinic, because the answer we have is that it is a listed building and cannot be modified.

â â â â â Na verdade nĂŁo Ă© clĂnica mĂ©dica e sim estĂ©tica, a mĂ©dica neurologista nĂŁo tem empatia com o paciente, nĂŁo sabe ler resultados de exames, totalmente despreparada e nao recomendo.
In fact, it is not a medical clinic, but an aesthetic one, the neurologist does not have empathy with the patient, does not know how to read test results, is totally unprepared and I do not recommend it.

E com certeza eu recomendo.

O atendimento decaiu demais, falta de respeito com o cliente! Tem que ter uma regra com tolerĂąncia de atraso, se a cliente nĂŁo aparecer em 10 minutos nĂŁo serĂĄ atendida! Tem que deixar bem claro para cliente!
