★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento, marquei com a senhora caroline 3 x, 2 foi desmarcada e a ultima no dia 10/03/2019 me deixou esperando exatamente 2 horas no local combinado e não apareceram, não indico para absolutamente ninguém, na verdade dei um voto de confiança apesar de um amigo que fez serviços com eles ja ter me falado que eram bem enrolados, fuja dessa empresa.
poor service, I checked with Mrs. Caroline 3 x, 2 was unmarked and the last one on 03/03/2019 left me waiting exactly 2 hours at the agreed place and they did not show up, I did not tell anyone, I actually gave a vote of confidence although a friend who did services with them already told me that they were well coiled, run away from that company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietário "JUNIOR" mal educado que não se importa em atender bem ou manter seus clientes, e ainda tem coragem de jogar na cara dos clientes que o serviço vale mais então temos que aceitar, se vale mais pq não cobrou mais, 5 pessoas da minha empresa iriam finalizar, mais todos vão cancelar pelo seu descaso.
Parabéns pelo péssimo atendimento.
Rude "JUNIOR" owner who doesn't mind serving well or keeping his customers, and still has the guts to play in the face of customers that the service is worth more then we have to accept, if it costs more because it didn't charge more, 5 people of mine company would finish, but everyone will cancel for their neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento do dono do local JUNIOR .. que nós atendeu em uma ligação com muita ignorância inclusive falando que não abre excessão pra cliente nenhum, e ainda mais quem não está gastando muito, eu gastei mais de 500 reais, e ele ainda acha que é pouco, cara grosso, não indico pra ninguém pelo descaso com o cliente e arrogância, fora que tbm até agora não me forneceram a nota fiscal.
Poor service from local owner JUNIOR .. that we answered on a call with a lot of ignorance including saying that does not open any exception to any customer, and even more who is not spending much, I spent more than 500 reais, and he still thinks it is little, thick guy, I do not indicate to anyone for the negligence with the client and arrogance, except that so far have not provided me the invoice.

No início o atendimento foi bom. Porém cheguei exatamente as 18:00 para retirar e a loja já estava fechada. Conversei com o responsável da Loja para que me entregasse os produtos devido ao custo que tive no dia anterior, e o mesmo se recusou, ainda me tratou com o descaso. Achei um absurdo a maneira com o mesmo trata o cliente.
Ainda veio falar que tal produto é 900,00 e me cobrou um valor inferior. Cobrou o valor inferior porque quis, eu não pedi, então não tem que querer justificar nada assim.
Sem falar que estou desde manhã aguardando a nota fiscal, nunca vi isso.

In the beginning the service was good. But I arrived at exactly 18:00 to remove and the store was already closed. I talked with the store manager to deliver the products to me due to the cost I had the day before, and he refused, yet treated me with neglect. I found it absurd the way the same treats the customer.
He also came to say that such a product is 900.00 and charged me a lower value. You charged the lower amount because you wanted to, I didn't ask, so you don't have to want to justify anything like that.
Not to mention that I've been waiting for the invoice since morning, I've never seen it.
