★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, fiquei mais de uma hora esperando para ser atendida e a cabeleleira falou que não poderia me atender porque não sabia que eu estava agendada, sendo que marquei as 17h15, cheguei as 16h50 no salão para ser informada as 17h45 que não iria ser atendida, decepcionada, falta de ética, profissionalismo, respeito.
Experience was terrible, I stayed for more than an hour waiting to be answered and the hairdresser said she could not answer because she did not know that I was scheduled, being that I marked the 17.15, I arrived at 16:50 in the hall to be informed at 17.45 that would not be attended to , disappointed, lack of ethics, professionalism, respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi marcado corte para 17h15, chegamos 16h50 e esperamos até 17h45 para a cabeleireira dizer que não ia atender pois não sabia que estava marcado e pediu para outra cliente comparecer, saímos sem o corte e com a certeza que não voltaríamos nem indicaríamos o salão pela falta de responsabilidade, profissionalismo e consideração.

Pedi e mostrei a foto de um corte repicado, ele cortou meu cabelo reto e fez uma franja, e isso que quando liguei pedi alguem que fosse bom e cortes curtos. Não recomendo para cortes, já os outros serviços eu nao conheço entao nao posso recomendar.

Estive no salão com intuito de cortar o meu cabelo. Me direcionaram para o profissional Anderson, que ao analisar meu cablo (que estava natural no dia) me ofereceu um serviço chamado botox, que ele prometia que iria hidratar meu cabelo, tirar ondulações e diminuir o volume. Fiquei bem empolgada, pois estava procurando algum procedimento para hidratar meu cabelo, então aceitei o proposto. Ontem quando lavei meu cabelo e deixei ele secar naturalmente, para minha surpresa percebi que o cabelo estava igual sempre esteve, ou seja, não hidratou, não tirou volume e nem o friz, ou seja, gastei R$150,00 reais para ficar com o cabelo igual sempre esteve. Entrei em contato com o salão, que por mensagem foram bem educados e me orientaram e retornar para falar cm um tal de Rodrigo. Ao chegar hoje no salão a atendente com cara feia me mandou falar com o cabeleireiro que me atendeu dia 28. O Sr. Anderson olhou meu cabelo e teve a coragem de falar que o motivo é que eu tinha muito cabelo ( será que ele não percebeu isso no dia 28??) Ainda por cima disse que eu tinha era que fazer uma progressiva para baixar o volume e que o botox que ele fez em mim ele faz em todas clientes e que não tinha culpa de não ter efeito no meu cabelo. Acreditam??
Não indico este salão nem para meu pior inimigo, pois não achamos nosso dinheiro no lixo e ao invés de sairmos felizes de um procedimento, só resta a decepção e a sensação de termos sido enganados.
