★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta à empresa mais de atenção e respeito aos seus cliente, pois já comprei muito e sempre que fiz questão de indicar a loja, em razão do seu preço e atendimento, mas na última compra que fiz, houve erro no quantitativo e solicitei a devolução da sobra, mesmo que eu recebesse o crédito em vez do dinheiro. O que foi negado. Como última tentativa, solicitei falar com o dono, eis que a atendente da loja me informa que ele fala com cliente. Quer dizer que receber dinheiro do cliente ele recebe, mas falar, não?! Absurdo isso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom, infelizmente o Grupo Dimensão tem um problema séria com sua Logistica. Foi combinado a compra de material por um valor considerável com entrega no dia 28/02/20. Foi comunicado muito claro que essa data seja essencial para efetuar a compra. Depois foi entregue no dia 04/03/20 causando 4 dias de paralização no canteiro de obras e prejuízo real.
Very good service, unfortunately the Dimensão Group has a serious problem with its logistics. The purchase of material for a considerable amount was combined with delivery on 02/28/20. It has been made very clear that this date is essential to make the purchase. Then it was delivered on 04/03/20 causing 4 days of stoppage at the construction site and real loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aço Maranhão Guajajaras, loja com atendimento ruim, cliente espera muito principalmente na área de "ferro",vendedores parecem não ter o censo de urgência e os demais atendentes ficam de braços cruzados. Pq não qualifica todos os vendedores para vender todos os produtos ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido pelo vendedor Fábio, mas muito mal servido pelo motorista responsável pela entrega do material. Paguei na segunda, tentaram me entregar no sábado, isso mesmo, o motorista por uma dificuldade de efetuar a manobra do caminhão, devido a um carro estacionado na rua, há oito metros do canto, se negou a ter que manobrar para desviar do carro e, mesmo solicitado por empregados, que lhes ofereceram ajuda, já que outros fornecedores, cito aqui Ferronorte e Gerdau, e mesmo em caminhões maiores, disparou que lá era a Aço Maranhão e só receberíamos nosso material na terça-feira. Ainda assim tentamos a intercessão do vendedor e do responsável pela logística, já que estávamos precisando do material, mas foi em vão : torço para que terça-feira não tenha nenhum carro na rua, pois não quero estar a mercê desse comportamento, nada profissional, do motorista.
