★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei como tem tantas avaliações positivas, sistema muito ruim, total atraso na entrega de mercadorias no balcão, preferem descarregar caminhao de entrega próprio do q atender os clientes, a gente espera cerca de 40 minutos pra falarem q não tem a mercadoria, sorte e terem preço, se voltarem na época do papel e caneta seria melhor!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu nome é Antonio Cláudio sempre comprei ali o vendedor e ótimo atencioso mas tive um problema com uma entregá na sexta passada 13/08/2021 um motorista despreparado e o gerente Helder pior ainda chegou no local da entrega cheio de arrogância e super ignorante comigo e com o vendedor dizendo que ele deveria perder a venda por causa do local de entrega ja esta na hora dos superiores dele ver que péssimo gerente (Hélder) esta no comando de seus funcionários

Além de atrasar dias na entrega de um simples material, os funcionários tratam o cliente com arrogância. E eles não tem carregadores, a gente que tem que carregar vários aços pesados. Deixei de comprar na ECIN para economizar uns 5% e me arrependi amargamente. Parece até empresa de fachada. Corre que o prejuízo é certo!
